Pristine Pool Care started with a simple idea: provide Ocala homeowners with pool service they could actually rely on. Too many pool owners in Marion County were dealing with inconsistent schedules, surprise charges, and technicians who cut corners. We knew there had to be a better way.

What began as a small operation serving a handful of pools in the Ocala area quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals. Neighbors told neighbors. Families in Oak Run recommended us to friends in The Villages. Before long, we were the pool service company that Marion County homeowners trusted most.

Today, we service over 500 residential pools every month across Ocala, The Villages, Belleview, Dunnellon, Silver Springs, and communities throughout Marion County. But no matter how much we grow, our approach stays the same: treat every pool like it is our own, show up when we say we will, and never stop earning our customers' trust.

Every Pristine Pool Care technician is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. This means they have undergone rigorous training in water chemistry, pool equipment mechanics, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.

But certification is just the starting point. Our team members go through an extensive onboarding program where they learn the Pristine way: meticulous attention to detail, clear communication with homeowners, and the kind of care that turns first-time customers into lifelong clients.
